Sustainable Supplier Management

In order to strengthen supplier management and implement the concept of sustainable and green procurement in practice, the Bank of Taiwan adheres to the "Sustainable Procurement and Supplier Management Policy" of Taiwan Financial Holdings. During procurement, CSR metrics (e.g., whether salary increases are given to employees regularly) or compliance with the sustainable cycle (e.g., conducting green procurement) are included in the selection (and review) considerations based on the characteristics of each procurement project and actual needs. We hope to encourage suppliers to implement CSR and jointly promote the sustainable development of the economy, environment, and society.
