Regular Health Checkups

To take care of employees' physical and mental health, BOT provides employees with health checkup subsidies. Employees aged above 40 may receive regular health checkups once every two years. Employees aged below 40 may receive regular health checkups once every three years.

Occupational Disaster Prevention and Health Protection

Considering the four protection programs standardized in the "Occupational Safety and Health Act" (prevention of human-induced hazards, prevention of abnormal workload-triggered disorders, prevention of unlawful infringements in the performance of duties, and maternal health protection), BOT has established relevant plans and measures to implement hazard identification and risk assessment for employees and workplaces, and annually establishes an occupational health and safety management and automatic inspection plan. Each unit is required to effectively implement these plans and measures to safeguard employees' health and safety and prevent the occurrence of occupational disasters.
