The BOT established the Corporate Sustainability Committee (ESG Committee) under the Board of Directors, as a dedicated unit responsible for promoting ESG affairs. The ESG Committee comprises the Chairman, three independent directors, and the President, with the Chairman serving as the convener.
The ESG Committee consists of six key executive task forces: Responsible Finance, Environmental Sustainability, Social Engagement, Corporate Governance, Employee Care, and Customer Rights. The President leads these task forces, while the Supervising Vice President of the Planning Department, acting as the Chief Sustainability Officer, coordinates the execution of sustainability initiatives. Each task force is responsible for proposing and executing the annual ESG promotion plan.
The ESG Committee meets quarterly and submits annual sustainable development action plans and progress reports to the Board of Directors, ensuring that a top-down management approach effectively drives sustainable development initiatives.

In 2024, a total of four ESG Committee meetings were held to address various sustainability issues. Major materiality encompassed the Sustainable Development Strategy Roadmap, progress updates on goal execution, review of the TCFD report and the 2023 Sustainability Report, introduction of the "Net Zero Transition Diagnosis Services" for small and medium-sized enterprises, and formulation of the "Guidelines for Preventing Greenwashing "in Credit Business.
